What can I do to fix this mismatched paint?

I got rear ended a couple of months back and the guy and I agreed not to go through insurance so he ended up paying me cash. I decided to buy a pre-painted bumper and install it myself instead of going through a body shop because the damage on the old bumper was minimal and I decided to cut the guy a break by going with a cheaper option.

I knew going into this that it wouldn’t be a perfect match but I’m wondering if there is anything that I can do WITHOUT having any paint work done to make the paint look more blended with the surrounding panels?

I’m wondering if doing a compound, polish, and paint correction on the rest of the car would deepen the paint and make it match a bit better, but I’m not super knowledgeable in detailing and auto body so wanted to get some professional opinions.

Traveling abroad, I’m TERRIFIED…

I am a 22 y/o male and I suffer with lifelong severe anxiety, panic attacks, and dissociation. I am a homebody (I’ve been told by a psychologist that I MAY have agoraphobia) and have always been EXTREMELY stressed out by traveling and going out. 2 weeks from now I am going out of the US for the first time in my LIFE on a trip with my girlfriend’s family to Italy. I feel selfish because I know most people would kill for an opportunity like this, but I have honestly just been dreading it for the past 2 years that I’ve known about it. I’ve ruminated everyday on the idea of being stuck there anxious and thought of every possible way to get out of going but I can’t.

I’m so scared of being in a different time zone and my sleep getting messed up and my anxiety getting worse. I’m scared of having a panic attack on the plane and feeling trapped on an 8 hour flight with no where to go. I’m also worried that since I dissociate, I won’t be able to find any comfort or relief while I am there because the main thing that grounds me is familiarity like my home, bedroom, etc.

If anyone has been through something similar, I am struggling and desperately need support. I feel like no one in my life truly understands the severity of this for me and I have no way out of this trip.

Constantly drained in my early 20s

I’m a (22/M) and have been dealing with what I consider to be chronic fatigue for as long as I can remember. I’ve suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression since I was in elementary school and overall have a very deregulated nervous system. I wake up almost every morning feeling as if I never slept at all, rely on caffeine to get through everyday, and feel overall weak despite doing everything in my power to get better.

I go to the gym regularly, sleep 8-9 hours straight, I’m at a healthy weight, I eat decent, I’m on SSRIs and have been in and out of therapy for years, and I’ve had all sorts of medical AND functional testing done. I’ve been told that I have “adrenal fatigue” by a functional doc and my tests showed that my body produces enough cortisol (total cortisol), but burns through it too fast to leave enough in reserve for actual use (free cortisol). I believe this is a large portion of my issue, though I’m skeptical of functional medicine after trying many supplements with no results.

I’m also vitamin D deficient and take the supplement for it, but otherwise all of my hormones including testosterone and thyroid are normal.

The constant absence of energy is genuinely ruining my life. Everything feels like a chore and I never want to go out of the house or do anything that requires a lot energy. I feel so alone because I don’t know anyone else my age who struggles with this so if anyone else is or has been in a similar situation it would help to hear your experience.
