I had two nightmares a couple months ago and my husband may have stopped them?

The first one I was smoking on my mom's old front porch when a man gets dropped off at the corner and starts walking in my general direction. It looks like he was going to pass by the house out of view but he suddenly turns and runs at me, then starts attacking me. I started yelling "no" and yelling my husband's name and that's when my husband woke me because I was yelling in my sleep.

The next one is similar, I was taking the trash out at work and was walking back to the building when I hear someone quickly approaching from behind me then they grabbed me. Like the first one I start yelling "no" and yelling for help and my husband wakes me up because of my calling out.

THIS is where it gets weird. A couple weeks after my last nightmare my husband had a nightmare about watching someone stalking me. He ran after the man and strangled him. I havent had a similar nightmare since!
