[Help] what is this infesting my vegetables?

[Help] what is this infesting my vegetables?

Coming out to half decimated vegetable container was... an experience. What are these guys? I see static black specks all over the leaves (at least I don't see any movement).

I found some white very small bugs (1-2mm ish in size?) under the leaves. Are these mealybugs? What can I do to combat them? They ravaged my freshly planted greens.

My first Momoko doll (Sekiguchi Heisei Kawaii Spicy)

I fell in love with this doll's simplicity and I got her thinking to use her as a base for another character. But now that I've bought her... she's growing on me and her style is kind of unique too. So I think I'm gonna keep her gyaru and maybe redo her face a little bit to make her makeup more gyaru-like.

My biggest complaint for this doll is the fact that the front part of the legs looks very rough, like it's carved without being rounded off. There's a streak going down her legs. At first I thought I got a factory defect but I noticed the official pictures also have the same streak (although it's less noticeable at some angles) so I guess it's just like that. Kind of disappointing considering these dolls aren't the cheapest for its kind.

The store I bought this from also has PetWorks Momoko but they're about the same price and nothing in the PetWorks section really caught my eye so I decided on this girl instead.

Need suggestion on how to add slit to this dress

Hi friends. I'm a complete beginner in sewing, I've had some very rudimentary hand sewing experience by mending stuff but that's about it.

I wanted to add slit to this dress and found a tutorial that tells you to undo the stitches to a length you desire and hem the two edges back individually.

But when I flip this dress it's not a regular stitch, I'm not sure but looks like serger stitch? Can I cleanly open this up or should I just cut a new slit beside it?

Frustrated beyond belief

I get everyone here must be familiar with this feeling but allow me to rant because today I just CANNOT.

It's summer and I still gets massive clusters of hyperpigmentation due to eczema patches. I was hoping I could get the flares under control and actually start addressing the pigmentation but OH NO they came back and now I've got a new fucking hyperpigmented patch on my forehead that flakes like crazy.

I feel like I've tried everything dermatologists throw at me but they NEVER get better, just suppressed. If anything they spread to new places. Derm told me we would have to wait for the inflammation to subside before doing treatments for the pigmentation but they never do so wtf am I supposed to do, just suppressing inflammation for the rest of my life?

These flaky patches are making me feel so insecure to show skin and they just seem to get worse every time I get a flare-up. And every time I get one god knows I'm miserable, itchy, and feeling like I'm going to crumble into dust at any time.

I got skin issues since a very turbulent time of my life and start getting flaky patches when I was depressed. So yeah maybe don't get depressed, lest you're cursed with chronic illness for the rest of your life.

[KCD2] Mutt's obedience drops too fast?

I remember having Mutt on Henry all the time in KCD1 and I never had to worry about constantly giving him food and praises. He was low maintenance and generally pretty useful.

Now in KCD2 I can barely keep up with his needs! He drops his obedience in minutes without me doing anything. And I only noticed because he listens to me only sometimes when I command him to sic people.

For example I took off from Tachov to Troskowitz and during that time Mutt lost like 10-15 points or so. Even just standing still he'd lose 5 points in minutes. He's eating more than Henry does at this point.

What's going on? Am I bugged or is there a new mechanic I'm not aware of?

Where can I find moss spores in Tokyo?

I stumbled upon someone's page (yusnlab on insta) who makes cement garden statue blotted with what seems to be moss spores (?). The gist is you put it in your garden and the moss will gradually grow if you water it or let it soak in the rain.

I'd like to DIY something similar for my space but I don't know where to find the moss spore thing to brush on the surface of the statues.

I wish Coral Island were more... tropical.

Ok it's an opinion piece and maybe a hot (and stupidly humid!) take. Feel free to disagree because this is just me ranting into the void and not really a request for change lmao.

I have over 200+ hours of playtime by now so I have to preface this by saying, yes, I DO enjoy the game and I still play it regularly. However I'll always mourn the fact that CI is trying too much to mimic SV... now before you throw insults at me, hear me out.

I get that they wanted to play safe by playing into a mechanism that people were already familiar with, but they had a completely new and unique environment to work with! The island was based on real places with tropical climate, so why not build a completely new farming mechanics?

Instead of the default four seasons mechanics, why not create a new one around the dry/monsoon/rainy season found in SEA countries? And maybe change the windy weather to humid weather, where it does directly affect crops, because I don't think windy does anything in the game.

So I hear ya, the winter season is used as a off time to mine and upgrade your things from a gameplay perspective. While tropical farming IRL is generally more of a year-round labor, rainfall (or lack of it) can put a pause on your farm, providing the player with the same function as "winter" (when it's too dry to plant without massive amount of water). But then again in the typical 4-seasons farm sim, by the end of the first year you gain the ability for year-round farming anyway via the greenhouse, so it's not like it's THAT different.

And heck maybe throw farming features often found in SEA too, like terraced fields, or the usage of water buffaloes for tilling fields (we have buffalo in game! Talk about missed opportunity). Introduce something like agroforestry (this is a common farming method in Indonesia where the studio is based on) where you can combine different types of trees/crops to create better quality products and protect crops from extreme weather. Maybe add some pest management too on top of that. And also the crop selections? Why don't we have nutmeg in this game?

It's a nice cozy farm sim and I applaud the team for creating a fun game laced with SEA elements like this. I just can't help but feel they tried to be SV with a different skin when they have so much potential. This isn't going to change CI but I hope it could inspire them or a different studio/gamedev to explore this niche more. I can't be the only hoping for those kind of games, right? I appreciate you reading all the way here, so I'd like to hear your thoughts too :)
