I had a feeling like I was being watched...
My grandma is 95+ and doesn't remember me anymore, and I live across the world, so she makes every single time I visit is special.
I bought a pair of Henckels Santoku knives for my family and hauled it all the way across the globe and they turned it into a decor
Salt of the earth, finger licking good food just outside of Aerocity?
I'm in Delhi for a night and I want to get out of aerocity for food. I've been here several times because Delhi has mostly been a spot for transit and I'm a little bored of the area.
I'm not looking for fancy stuff, I'm looking for areas that's not too far from here where I can find good desi food, momos, etc. I don't need Instagram friendly or high end places or cafes, I don't have much of a sweet tooth either.
My only requirement: place has AC because I'm melting in the heat.
I saw a boat that was throwing a party for the seagulls near Alcatraz today
It was like Oracle after a Giants game.
Affordable private office for an all day virtual interview
I have an all day interview coming up, but unfortunately, I'm being sandwiched by construction around me. There's a sewer project right outside my bedroom and they're tearing down my living room to fix the deck above me. I don't want to ask friends to lend me their rooms for a day because they're also remote workers.
Any suggestions for quiet spaces with good WiFi in SF? Any other suggestions are welcome.
Any bitches here laid off like I am and not have a new gig yet? How do you spend your time?
I've been without a job for two months now. Thankfully, my husband is still employed and I have a pretty good severance packet. I'm trying to find things to do since I'm over my staycation and my cats are sick of me loitering around my place and bugging them because I get bored.
Laid off, and now, this. 😢
Found a leak and black mold. Hopefully there's a way to patch the area after fixing the leak, but that's also quite a bit of money that's going to be taken by this.
