So me n my sister have been going to the gym for the past 1 year n we convinced our parents as well cuz my dad is 51 n my mom is 47 at this age ppl start losing muscle n strength

N then i convinced my parents to take supplements like vitamin d tablets, whey protein etc

My dad was type 2 diabetic now his sugar level is controlled n mom's strength is increasing significantly

I am so proud of myself n please make sure your parents do weight training

I took her for granted when we were dating. I said soo many mean stuff to her n i broke up. Now I miss her more than anything maybe she was the one. Man i should have atleast treated her right will she accept me gng?. She recently got a bf btw ☹️
