Read the book, eh, it was fine. Saw the movie, loved it!

P.S. I’m a Snyderbro who also loved Superman (2025) and am looking forward to more DCU.

Did anyone watch this and if so, did you like it? I didn’t know about it at the time, but looking at it now, the animation isn’t the best and what they did to Skeletor is awful.

I’m old school, and by that I mean I’m old. I started in with MotU all the way back in ‘82 and immediately became a fan of the cartoon once it came out, and I loved the ‘87 movie. Honestly, other than the KS run on Netflix, I really haven’t seen much of the later stuff other than the 200x run. I’ve read quite a bit in the comics over the years, I even have the omnibus. It’s just, this movie man, it made my nine year old self swim back to the surface and just feel utter joy. I felt an array of emotions, and got chills every time he said the words. I just loved it! That is all. Good Journey.

I know Brian May was involved in the soundtrack, but did anybody else get a Flash Gordon vibe a couple times. It was great cause my son looked at me and I could tell he had the same thought. It’s a stellar movie with a solid soundtrack.

Can’t count the number of times I’ve looked at my wrist to see nothing there. Watch gave an alert that the battery needed service. Fortunately, getting replaced under AppleCare, but going to be up to two weeks. May have to dig out the old G-Shock.

Which line of figures for the new movie are the best to get? I can’t sort out which is which.
