y’all this is stupid, stupid game. the hole before this i put up 10 after 3-putting after a treacherous path to the green on a par 5. next hole, i land a 20-yard chip for my first ever birdie (i started golfing about 3 months ago)
i hate this sport and i love it and i can’t wait until my next round
i’m super nervous to be posting this but would love some advice. i’ve tried following with some tips ive seen on TikTok (explains the back shoulder thing i have going on, which im going to fix my next time out LOL) but i feel like i could use some advice on fixing exactly what im working with rather than trying to apply a lot of random tips. one thing bothering me is the bend in my lead elbow? i think my stance is too wide as well?
ETA: i *am* looking into lessons, i'm just in the process of moving and not able to commit to lessons until i'm settled (but yes i agree with you guys)
hi everyone! i'm in the market for a garmin watch right now, but really struggling with what i think would be the best for me. i have never been a smart watch person and never had an apple watch because i don't think they fit my style and i don't want something that's very bulky. i currently have a RingConn, which i do really like -- however, i'm already starting to have battery issues with it and it seems like this is a common problem with smart ring technology, so i'm wanting to get away from that and i'm thinking garmin.
for context: i'd be using my watch for fitness tracking (i do pilates/running/strength training) as well as step/sleep/cycle tracking, so essentially everything i've used my ringconn for. i'm currently between the vivomove trend or the lily 2. i really like the look of these watches (again, i didn't want an apple watch because i didn't like the look of a regular smart watch) but i'm totally open to other suggestions.
ETA: i've read about i think both of these watches not having smart gps in them, and that i'd need to have my phone on me if i wanted to track runs. i bring my phone with me on my runs as a safety precaution, so that's not a deterent for me!
Hi all! I'll be living in Kansas City starting next month and am looking for recommendations on workout classes/centers. I've had a Corepower membership when I was living in Chicago and I really loved it, but wanting to keep my options open because I don't want to deal with Plaza parking on the regular lol. I'm looking for anything from mat pilates/yoga sculpt/barre, etc, I'm just not big into reformer machines for regular workouts 😄
