How do you guys handle the anxiety and depression. I mean i have it normally. But when this week rolls around its becomes so debilitating. I feel like the world’s worst daughter, girlfriend, friend, coworker. I dont want to affect those around me, but i know i do. And especially do i affect myself by living in my thoughts so much. I just want all the noise to stop. I feel so lost. It continues to worsen every month, along with the physical pains. How do I get out?
