Ridiculous experience at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon. At the parking entry, my NETC/Fastag transaction failed despite having sufficient balance in the tag. I showed the available balance, but instead of resolving the issue, I was told to pay ₹150 through another mode, while the NETC parking charge was only ₹80.

If the system fails despite the tag having balance, why should customers be forced to pay any other mode of payment or double? I refused to pay extra for a problem that wasn’t mine and ended up leaving the mall. Technical glitches shouldn’t become a reason to penalize customers.
