I (28F) connected with a guy (31M) on Shaadi. Our parents exchanged horoscope and my mom checked and it matched. That guy messaged on Shaadi saying mentioning his number that he might be a little busy for next two weeks but will try to respond if he sees any message. I just replied with okay cool. But he did not ask for my number or text anything later. Should I start the conversation? Since parents are also involved Im a little confused if I have to wait till his parents confirm on horoscope. Is it okay for Women to start conversations in AM set up? I just don’t want to look desperate.

Guys I have recently started taking antidepressants and started seeing acne breakouts all over my face. Anyone faced this? Any solution for this? Does it get better over time or should I stop my medication?

My sister has received around 1.8 lakh as Leave Encashment on resignation (pvt employee). They have only shown 27k as exemption in her form 16 under S10(10AA). Below are my questions:

1. She served for 2 yrs 9 months - should I treat it as 2 years or 3 years of completed service?
2. For salary per day calculation on unutilized salary - do I use last drawn or 10m avg salary?
3. Also either way if I calculate, I get a minimum exemption of 66k, can I still mention this as exemtion even though form 16 shows only 27k?

Were fixed income chapters removed from FSA in CFA level 1?
