I have this Agnes Tachyon plushie pre ordered which it says it should have been for mid July, but it's mid August now and there's still no signs of arrival. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do but I do really want the pre order since it's a gift
I currently have a parcel which was expected to deliver yesterday but no one seemed to have showed up (it said they tried delivery but no one was there, though I'd been waiting all day) and I was prompted to book a redelivery/collection which I changed it for today but no one arrived to deliver it again. I know I'll have to wait until Monday now but is there any risk of my parcel being returned, and would I be able to have it sent to my local royal mail post office to collect instead? (I'm not very close to the Bristol depot)
