[OC] the Grid: the Grid itself

The grid is located in another dimension, it is comprised of mostly a strange substance known as grid fluid. we do not know what it is made of, but there seems to be a lot of water soaked into it. many micro-organisms live in the grid, feeding off the light that rains down from above.

The grid is infinite in all directions, but the life that lives there is not. micro organisms and other life cover a area similar to the surface aera of the Earth.

[OC] The grid: Biology of Tanks

The first part of my speculative evolution inspired by .io games and other similar games (most of which involving grids).

(this post is about diep.io)

This post is detailing the anatomy of the tank, specifically the basic tank (rostrum fundamentalis)

External:
despite not having eyes, the tanks have the ability to see their surroundings via their psychic abilities (more on that later). the body contains all of the creature's organs, while the barrel functions more like a beak, and is made of bone.

Exoskeleton:
Tanks use many small exoskeleton plates rather than one large piece, this makes shedding much easier since they can shed off smaller pieces of their exoskeleton rather than all of if it at once like earth arthropods. this allows for larger bodies and more effective defence.

Organs:
the blood of tanks uses copper instead of iron, making it blue instead of red. most organs presented are more or less the same as ours. stomach digests food, heart pumps blood, etc. the mind bladder is where psychic energy is stored, and the brain uses it to float, produce bullets and pick up objects.

ask me anything like if you'd like to see more about the biology.

I'm going to make a post about the Grid itself later on.

No one had noticed this yet

Is anyone going to talk about the fact that in 2 of the games Red plays in the intro there are just humans in the games?

that and the fact we see a skull in background of the the vents when lime in traveling to medbay.

crewmates don't have skulls.

what if humans exist in the among us universe?

the vessels based off how much I'd trust them not to eat my sandwich while I'm gone

haven't seen some so maybe won't be on list. but give suggestions on where they'd go.

Might make some changes and repost later.

Phylogenic tree of slay the princess (spoilers)

here with the still very not canon phylogenic tree!

made some changes to it.

thanks everyone for the feedback on the first one.

I would like suggestions on how I should group the voices.

Phylogenic tree of vessels (I probably missed some) (spoilers)

I was bored and I really love evolution so here we are with this very non canon phylogenic tree.
