Spotted these vintage beauties in Udaipur

Was out at Rani Road and suddenly saw this whole lineup of classic/vintage cars cruising by.

I wasn’t expecting to see cars like these in Udaipur at all

Got some shots while they were passing by. Thought I’d share them here.

Anyone know what event/rally this was for?

Udaipur really knows how to surprise u sometimes

I think I just got a new roommate

Yesterday I found this little guy sitting on my guitar cover. He looked so cute that I just left him alone.

Today I saw him again. He climbed onto my guitar, jumped onto my shelf, and then just sat there chilling next to my books for like 30 minutes.

So obviously, being the responsible roommate I am, I decided to feed him.

I took one of my old soda cans, cut it into a little bowl, put some paneer in it, and left it there.

Came back 20 minutes later…

EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PANEER WAS GONE. T-T

At this point I think I’ve accidentally adopted him.

Bro really went from random mouse in my room to regular visitor to roommate who doesn’t pay rent.

What should I name him?

Looking for local businesses in Udaipur that want better Instagram content

Hey Udaipur!

I’m starting a content marketing service focused on helping local businesses grow through Instagram.

I’ll visit your business, shoot high-quality cinematic Reels, edit them professionally, and create content that’s actually engaging—not just aesthetic videos. The goal is to help your business reach more people and build a stronger online presence.

I also have both male and female talent available for shoots, so if your content requires someone to model, present products, or appear in lifestyle-style videos, that’s something I can arrange as well.

I’m currently looking for my first few clients. If you own or know a:

Café or restaurant

Clothing or fashion store

Salon or spa

Gym or fitness studio

Optical shop

Hotel or Airbnb

Car dealership/detailing business

Or any local business that wants better social media content

Feel free to DM me. I’d love to discuss ideas and see how we can create content that helps your business stand out.

Let’s put Udaipur’s local businesses on the map.

Thinking of starting a local content marketing agency. Is this a good business idea?

Hey everyone,

I’m 17 and I’ve been thinking about starting a side hustle that could eventually turn into a full-time business.

My idea is to help local businesses get more visibility by creating high-quality Instagram Reels for them. I’d visit their shop, shoot cinematic content (I have an iPhone 17), edit the videos, write engaging scripts/captions, and post them as collaborations with a dedicated Instagram page focused on promoting local businesses.

The goal isn’t just to make nice-looking videos—it’s to help businesses get more foot traffic, reach more people, and build a strong local brand.

The part I’m confused about is the niche.

Should I focus on:

•Cafés and restaurants?

•Clothing stores?

•Gyms?

•Optical stores?

•Salons?

•Car dealerships/detailing?

•Real estate?

•Or just work with any local business?

I also have a few questions for people who’ve done something similar:

•Is this a business people are actually willing to pay for?

•How would you find your first 5–10 clients?

•Should I charge per reel, monthly retainers, or offer content packages?

•What mistakes should I avoid in the beginning?

•If you were starting from scratch today, what would you do differently?

I’d love honest feedback—even if you think this idea has flaws. I’d rather hear the truth now than waste months going in the wrong direction.

Thanks in advance! Any advice is appreciated.

Is starting a digital marketing agency in 2026-27 still worth it? Need some honest advice

Hey everyone,
I’m currently learning digital marketing through an offline course because I want to start my own agency in the future. But with AI changing everything so quickly, I’m honestly a bit confused about the direction I should take.

For people who are already in the industry:

Is digital marketing still worth getting into in 2026?

Can you still build a good income or has the market become too saturated?

What skills should I focus on the most while I’m still learning?

What are some mistakes beginners usually make that I should avoid?

I’m also really interested in AI and automation, and this is where I’m confused.

Should I:

Build one agency that offers both digital marketing and AI automation?

Or keep them as two separate agencies?

If combining them is the better option, what AI services are businesses actually paying for? Chatbots, AI automations, lead generation, content creation, workflows, something else? And how would you integrate AI into a traditional digital marketing agency?

I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually built agencies or work in this field. I’d rather learn from your experience than make expensive mistakes.

Thanks in advance!

Anyone here from Udaipur who goes for running at Rani Road?

I usually go for a morning run at Rani Road, and I always end up running alone. I don’t mind it, but I feel like it’d be more fun and motivating to have someone to run with once in a while.

I’m not looking to join a run club. I just prefer something casual with one or two people. I’m kind of an ambivert, so huge groups aren’t really my thing.

I try to run every day, but obviously that’s not always possible, so even if it’s just a few mornings a week, that’s totally fine.

If you’re around my age and already run (or want to start), feel free to DM me. Maybe we can motivate each other and make the runs a little less lonely.

I have my exams in 5 days and I haven’t studied at all. I genuinely need help

I’m in Class 12 (CBSE, Commerce), and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.

Today is August 5, my exams start on August 10, and I haven’t even properly opened my books since Class 12 started. I’m not a good student, and I’ve always struggled with studying. In Class 11, I even got two compartment exams, and that completely broke my confidence.

The worst part is that I have a dream of studying abroad after school. I know I need good marks, and I want to score 80%+ in my boards, but right now that goal feels impossible because I can’t seem to get myself to study.

I don’t want sympathy. I just want honest advice from people who were in a similar situation and managed to turn things around. How did you start? How did you stay consistent? Is there still hope if I begin now?

If anyone is willing to guide me or even just talk, my DMs are open. I’d really appreciate it.

Thanks for reading.

The sunset at Pichola Lake, Udaipur never gets old. Here’s my cinematic take.

I filmed this sunset at Pichola Lake in Udaipur because I wanted to capture how beautiful this city feels during golden hour. No matter how many times you see it, it still hits differently.

I’m passionate about cinematography and filmmaking, and I’d love to hear what you think of this video. Any feedback on the shots, color grading, editing, or overall feel would mean a lot.

Hope you enjoy it!

I have a real life story but don’t know how to turn it into an emotional screenplay

Hey everyone,

I’m completely new to screenwriting and I really need some advice.

I have a real life story that I want to turn into a short film. I already know the whole story, but I have no idea how to write it as a proper screenplay.

My biggest goal is to make it as emotional as possible. I want people to connect with the characters and actually feel something, maybe even cry by the end. The only problem is that my story is a bit short, so I want to expand it naturally without adding random scenes.

How do you come up with new scenes, plot ideas, or emotional moments that actually fit the story? How do professional writers think when they’re trying to make a story deeper and more emotional?

Also, where should I even start? Should I write an outline first or go straight into the script? If you were starting from scratch, what would you learn first?

Any tips, resources, or advice would really help. Thanks!
