BEST gastroenterologist in the area? I’m SOOOO tired of going through terrible doctors…

I have global GI dismotility, gastroparesis, gerd, and gastritis, so my problem list is definitely pretty extensive. I’ve been through at least 6 different doctors in the last 5 years, and all of them have been awful. Very rude, refusing to listen, refusing to do requested testing/treatment, terrible at communicating outside of office, and I even had one suggest I get a colostomy bag at 23… I’ve pretty much had to do all of my own research to figure out what was wrong with me and how to treat it. They’re useless, and I’m so so tired of it.

Does anybody know of/see a gastroenterologist that really goes above and beyond in what they do? I know wait lists are long, but at this point, I’d rather be on the list, than deal with the current one I have. She doesn’t even want to see me twice/once yearly anymore. I want the suggestions of real humans, rather than going off of google, where things are uncertain.

Is this a good mattress? And does it contain fiberglass?

I’m looking to buy a new mattress, as I believe my current 7-8 year old one possibly contains some sort of mold (I have allergy symptoms that won’t go away). I saw this at Costco. Is it a good mattress for the price? ($650) And is it known to contain fiberglass? I can’t find any information online, believe me I tried. Just that sometimes this brand does put fiberglass in their mattresses, but not always. I do not want fiberglass anything.

What’s an ATL bridge that has you feeling like this?

I was just listening to lost along the way, and literally every time I hear the bridge, I feel like I’m going to ascend or something. I love a good bridge, let me know what you guys would pick!!

Best and kindest dentist in Rochester that accepts Medicaid?

One of my tooth fillings from 9 years ago just fell out while eating gummies just now (gelatin free, so not even that chewy 😭). I don’t have a dentist, and haven’t seen one in over 8 years. They’ve always been so awful to me. It was just an insanely uncomfortable experience with each one I went to.

My teeth were not in a fantastic state when I was a teenager, eventually resulting in needing those 4 fillings. Each time I went for cleanings, they always stabbed me hard in the gums, and then when I said it hurts, they would always tell me it was my fault because I was “too lazy to floss”. Depression was a big obstacle in caring for myself, it wasn’t laziness. Instead of being more gentle with the subject, I was shamed. Anyways, that’s why I hate the dentist, and I’ve absolutely avoided them since.

So does anyone know of a dentist who isn’t so rude or is good with people with anxiety? I’d preferably like to get this fixed this week or early next week, as it’s annoying to chew on one side of my mouth. The filling was in between two molars, so now there’s just a small hole there.

Is anybody else disappointed in the huge lack of interiors?

Coming from the original game to LTD, the lack of availability interiors is actually really disappointing. I feel like I can’t give the mii’s rooms personality. There were like over 150 interiors in the original game, and there’s such a lack in this game. Especially now that we can use them in houses, which I really like. With no update announcements, it just seems sad. I know the workshop is a thing, but it’s very limited, as it just covers a small area of the room.

This mold continuously grows on my balcony door. It won’t shut all the way, and my landlord won’t do anything about it.

I’ve tried cleaning it with a vinegar solution several times over the last few years, and it always grows back. I just found out a few days ago that I’m highly allergic to alternaria mold, which would explain why my nose is always bothering me, and why I occasionally have issues with my asthma. I’m also worried about my cat. She has heart and kidney disease.

Had a brand new bottle of coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative, like $5 a bottle). It just jumped right off the shelf. 30 minutes to mop, clean up the glass, scrub the grout, and then make sure that not a single piece of glass remained, as I have a cat. Fun!

My \~10 year old female (spayed) cat has NCM with a 4x Hx pulmonary edema, and stage 2 (previously end stage) CKD. She’s been doing exceptionally well, and has defied all odds. Last night, I noticed her breathing bordering around 40 RPM at rest, but this has happened occasionally, so I just monitored her closely. A few hours ago, her breathing was back to normal. Her behavior has remained unchanged throughout, and she continues to eat well.

In the last 45 minutes or so, she suddenly started breathing loudly on and off. It’s not constant, and sometimes she’ll do it for 5 minutes, then she’s quiet for 5. A little bit after the recording, she totally stopped. Her breathing returned to normal. Then, while lightly sleeping, she started making snoring sounds upon inhaling. It only lasted 3 minutes or so, then she woke up and went back to the low growling sound when exhaling. Then she got up and started eating, breathing normally. Her swallows were super loud, I could hear them from across the room. After eating a bit, she started acting like she was about to throw up, but didn’t. I gave her a cerenia for nausea, just in case.

She was quiet for a few hours, then she woke up just a few minutes ago and started doing the growl sound while inhaling and exhaling. It’s very hard to check her gum color, 98% of her gum is black (she’s a black cat), so there’s only a very pinhead sized spot. It’s not any different than usual.

I’m terrified something is wrong with my baby’s lungs again… maybe this is a discomfort thing? Or maybe it’s a sinus thing? It’s 4am, so calling the vet is not an option. Any advice is appreciated.

The history and context is really important here:
