Getting no post after building.

Red light on my Gigabyte B850 Gaming WiFi 6 is on and PC will not post after turning on. Monitor reading no signal. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT** Faulty RAM. This is why we warranty.

Happy to be part of this sub now.

Finally pulled the trigger on my build today. 9800X3D, PNY 5070 and the feeling of being a kid in a candy store. Super stoked!

First-time builder, trying to make the switch from console for a number of reasons.

Hi all, long-time admirer of computers but never had the money nor the time up to this point to actually sit down and pull the trigger on building one. As my life progresses post-grad, I’m realizing that it would be better for me in a number of aspects to switch from console gaming to PC, along with a recent need to start editing photos and videos alongside other things for work (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint). I used to rely on my schools computer lab to fill that need but since I graduated and my laptop is an absolute potato, here we are.

Budget is around $2,000, and as mentioned above, I would be using it mostly for editing .raw files on Camera RAW/Photoshop + Lightroom, video editing on Premiere, and gaming such as Minecraft, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Lego Batman: LOTDK, CFB 27, and Forza. I’d also probably get into games such as 007: First Light and HALO as well. Located in the United States, going to need just about everything with it as well including monitors, a mouse, keyboard, speakers, external HDD (.raw files are huge), and a microphone.

Thank you all in advance, and I apologize if this is a rehashed question. I just haven’t found exactly what works for my budget yet, and wanted to consult with the minds. Happy Wednesday and happy gaming!
