I’m a first time member and my first 3 months just finished up. I had my sema shipped via Hallendale. There is a cheaper option via the Reddit links that ships to my state/matches my dose. How do I go about switching from what I currently have to getting the different pharmacy without losing my dosage?? Thanks 😊

Important: this post is inspired because I saw a viewer of Alex comment that she wanted Alex‘s advice into going into weight loss surgery/bariatric surgery and wanted Alex to do a follow up video on her feelings after having it and how she dealt with the surgical process.

This is not a self flex- but a self vent. Alex seemingly had no issue getting all these weight loss surgeries and THEN a panniculectomy (lower stomach removal) when she was nowhere near being medically ready for that. For context, I lost 202lbs in the last few years (since 2023) AND have maintained it- I have a renewed sense of life and purpose. I run a 10k almost daily and am so grateful for my new body that I worked hard to build. Now…I have been denied for a panniculectomy for the 3rd time today. I have about 8-9lbs of excess skin hanging off of me just in that area and it’s causing SO many medical issues: rashes, skin deformities, open wounds, and more! When I run, I have to wear two types of compression shorts to not flap my way through my workout 😂 my doctors office called me just now with the shitty news that “I’m not a candidate” per my insurance ruling, when the surgeon, my PCP, Chiro, and PT have all written me referral letters with medical documentation. My PCP in May: “we need to get this excess skin off of you”.

Meanwhile, Alex can get her sh** chopped off and lie to her audience that she was just doing belly workouts.

That’s what makes me so angry. People like myself are given a second chance at life and we are taking full advantage of it, meanwhile, she sits on the internet eating bagels almost every vlog and gaslights us to believe she doesn’t like sweets since her bypass. She gets the easy way out of almost every situation and I’m so frustrated for her vulnerable audience that believes she is a success. Because she is not. She is far from it.
