Wake-up after put to sleep

I noticed a differences if you put to sleep the machine by long press Steam button or if you click it gently and select side menu and select sleep from the power menu.
If I long press the Steam button and I select sleep from the mini menu the Steam machine show the sleep logo and fall into sleep but the controller still on for 2 seconds and when it go to sleep the machine wake up again.
But if you put the machine to sleep by menu the controller fall to sleep immediately with the machine.

App notification

Hello all, I’m owner of a purobot max pro 2. I got my notifications without any problems but my wife not. She has been invited by me and she can manage the device but she doesn’t get notifications from app.
Any suggestions?

Motor Blocked Again - A nightmare

Hello Nuki users. Here again to describe by journey/nightmare with Nuki Smart Lock Ultra.
First of all, I'm using the Nuki universal Cylinder and the Door has a smoothly opening.

First Nuki Ultra suffered after around six months of using of motor blocked every other day and the support swapped the product with a new one very quickly. Also the frontal button stopped to work.

Now my Ultra is going to do the same failure sequence again first with a motor hissing during the unlatch and then a motor blocked notification after a couple of weeks. Right know I'm exchanging some emails with Nuki support and they proposed to join the beta-program but I declined it. They said to me about a new upcoming firmware that solve this isse but I don't think a firmware can change this failure sequence IMHO.

Now I'm waiting for the support, maybe for changing the device again. The third Nuki Ultra.
