site traffic bumps after TV flights but i cant show calls or store pickups. how do DTC brands handle offline?

we run linear for a midsize DTC brand and honestly the online side has been solid, site traffic and online sales both move pretty clearly after flights, thats not really in question anymore. the problem is ops wants calls and in store pickup and i have basically nothing for them there. we've seen what looks like a bump on both but nothing i can point to and say "this is TV" with a straight face. has anyone found a way to show ops something defensible on the offline side or is that just the tradeoff you accept

managing cold emails for more than 12 clients

Ive been doing outbound for clients at our small agency for around 3 years now and we crossed 12 active clients this quarter.

At this point we're managing 40 sending domain, each with multiple inboxes, warmup schedules, tracking etcc..
The thing is im bouncing between like 5 dashboards all day. Im sure there;s a system or a tool or just a way structuring this that would make my work so much easier and efficient! do you run everything separately per client or have one centralized setup with clients separated?

setting up cold email used to eat my entire weekend (i will not promote)

The first time I set up cold email for my SaaS I spent tons of my time on it!!

I would buy the domains friday night, spend saturday morning figuring out why SPF records weren't validating. satruday afternoon spent on DKIM. sunday morning realizing the MX records were wrong the whole time.

By the time I sent my first warmup email sunday evening, I had 3 tabs of documentation open and a real grudge against whoever designed this.and that was for one domain!

These days i can get a sending setup done in about 3 hours start to finish.
The main thing that changed is i stopped doing DNS by hand. I use a tool that handles SPF, DKIM, DMARC automatically when you create a mailbox. The setup that used to take me 4-5 hours per domain noe takes maybe 10 minutes including the domain purchase.
Warmup is automated too and I check it once a week.

Looking back at my my weekends, cold email isn;t that hard but the tooling was just bad and i didnt know there was a better way to do it
