Red Zone play, 5v5, high school kids, no run
Hey All — would love to hear ideas for red zone plays, 5v5, rec rules, 17u. The defense is generally in a 5 wide zone. It's no run, so no rush/blitz, and you have 5 seconds to throw. Ball has to come out quick. Shovels and quick seams can work but I have trouble getting my guys to look for the ball early enough. This is one play that works if the WRs really sell the comeback routes.

Anyone know if it's possible to spoof/change the MAC address — or where the MAC address is even found in the app?

Router question
I have the 2GB service in Maine. Have used my own router but want to change to an Eero 7. When changing routers do we always need to call tech support w/ new MAC address or can that be adjusted automatically? Many thanks.

I am in week 6 of steady logging. Deficit is going fine. I still struggle with the interface, though, and would appreciate some advice. When I try to enter a whole food it offers me endless choices with the same name, and some are branded supermarket products with mystery macros, etc. It seems very hard to distinguish just the food, especially when that food is the name of lots of other products with multiple ingredients. Of course if I create a meal or recipe then it's usually ok after that, but this data entry feels unnecessarily confusing and cluttered. Is there a setting to turn off all these junk entries that don't interest me?
