The frozen watermelon jollyrancher

Frozen watermelon, frozen strawberry, blueberry greek yogurt, blueberry pomegranate juice, milk and some sugar.. legit tastes like the candy..minus the rediculous amount of sugar. Perfect for this hot ass day..

A battle lost

Almost 4 years sober here. Took a few trys, and eventually I put myself in rehab and the tools worked. We get rid of alot of our life to switch to a new beginning. I stopped talking to about 90 percent of the people I knew, and made a new family through rehab and sober living. But the hard facts are that not everyone makes it, I lost some good people in and out of rehab through relapse, and too many to count throughout the years from alcohol alone. I just found out my roommate and close friend through sober living just passed, he was only 26. Remember every day can still be a moment of weakness, whether its elation, depression, or just because. Keep walking your path, living in compassion and love, and living day by day. Even those who show strength can fall and hopefully we can be there to help pick them up. But as we know, its a fine margin of making it out and the unfortunate part is we are going to loose our new family and friends through this process. Use it to make you stronger..the one thing that is taken for granted is the support we have and need whether we know it or not. Good luck out there, and if you need to talk to someone.. talk to someone..hell you can DM me. Just know your loved whether you know it or not. RIP brother, you will be missed by many.

Helped a farmer, was given a 1/4 cow

Still have a bunch of ground chuck from a local farmer shrink wrapped, so I make aloooot of burgers!

The basics: brioche, cheddar, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and sauce( kewpie mayo, ketchup, hot sauce).
