I am thinking of getting a Mulberry Bayswater for my 30th birthday.

Hi, Mulberry Bayswater has been the bag of my dreams. Been on my wish-list for years! I think i am ready to pull the trigger. I love blue and green and I am between the Poplin Blue or the Bayswater Green. Just from price alone I gravitate towards the Poplin Blue. I will be using this as a work bag.

Should I pull the trigger and order it??

Haus Labs - Triclone Skin Tech concealer: broken applicator 😭 and solution.

I never thought this would happen to me, but alas, my Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Concealer’s doe-foot applicator broke mid getting ready and fell i to the tube. Apparently this is a common issue. I wish they offered free applicator replacements.

Everyone on the internet has suggested to contact Haus Labs customer service, but I got mine from Sephora. Not sure if they will be of any help. Should I still do it? Sephora is unwilling to help as i purchased the concealer 5 months ago and it is beyond the acceptable return (30days) and damage product (60days) duration.

I am on my second Haus Labs concealer and the first time I had no issues. Unfortunately, I love the formula and this is the only complexion product I never stray from (every other concealer I tried has mot worked for me), therefore I had to find a solution. I refuse to buy a brand new one as I only got mine during 2025 Christmas and it is just 5months old, with plenty of product left. I also kept track of my usage, and since purchased I have used it 19times, which each time dipping the applicator in and out twice (one time per side of my face).

I decided it was “surgery” time, so I took off my stopper to assess how much was in the tube and how best to remove the product. Long time ago, I purchased some 10ml airless pumps off amazon for depotting when I travel. So I depotted the product from the tube using a metal makeup spatula into those reusable travel friendly airless pumps.

My mission was a success and no product was wasted! Since I managed to get out of all the product, in a not so convenient packaging 😑, do I still contact Haus Labs customer service?

April finished and I also finished many products. I went through many body washes; I am so tired of my Naturium ones so I have been using them as hand wash after the one in my bathroom finished. I also hosted my parents for 10 days, my mother-in-law for 2 days and also my three nephews for 4 days - all of which used my shower products. So many people, many showers. Here are my thoughts on all the empties.

HYGIENE:

Naturium - The Brightener Vitamin C Brightening Body Wash. I did not notice any difference using this on my skin. I do not think it is worth the money. It does have vitamin C and also surfactants for smoother skin, but I would rather stick to purely enzymatic exfoliating shower gel.

Naturium - The Purifier Niacinamide Serum Body Wash. This was also fine, but not amazing. It is supposed to replenish moisture on the skin, but this felt like an average shower gel.

Naturium - The Multi-Vitamin Daily Nutrients Body Wash. This is truly an everyday shower gel. That means that it is easily replaced by another cheaper everyday body wash.

More of the story is that I think Naturium body washes are overpriced and overhyped. In my opinion, of course. The only I would recommend is the 'The Smoother Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Body Wash', a great exfoliating products but if you have sensitive skin this might be slightly too hard. The other I would recommend is the 'The Glow Getter Multi-Oil Hydrating Body Wash', which left my skin smooth and hydrated - it has 50% glycerin, which is not unique and there are various shower gels with 50% glycerin on the market. I also like to add that I am UK based and for me it costs £19 for one, whereas in the US it costs $17 (the equivalent of £12.5), which is a better price.

Korres - Renewing Shower Gel Vanilla Cinnamon. This smells AMAZING, makes me smell edible. If you are a vanilla, gourmand girlie, you need this. They also have the same scent as body lotion ... if you know what I mean.

Aestura - Atobarrier365 Body Lotion. A very good, barrier-supporting gel body moisturizer. It is lightweight, sinks into the skin quickly, dries without any sticky residue on the skin.

SKINCARE:

Rhode - Glazing Milk Ceramide Facial Essence. Average milky toner, which the Rhiode products are shrinking in size and the cost staying the same or increasing, this is a no for me. Nothing Special.

Rhode - Barrier Restore Cream Comforting Daily Moisturizer. Just a gel moisturizer with niacinamide, squalane, peptides and hyaluronic acid - ingredients found in most skincare and/or makeup.

Medik8 - Crystal Retinal 3. HOLY GRAIL, have repurchased already.

Medik8 - C-Tetra Advanced. HOLY GRAIL, have repurchased already. This is the best vitamin C products I have tried, but it is so expensive.

Medik8 - Liquid Peptides Advanced MP. The verdict for this is not out yet, I have repurchased and currently on my second bottle. I am not sure i have seen a difference on my skin but will wait for 6-8 week use before deciding. I also dislike the texture, it is slightly slimy and sticky. You have to be very careful when using this as it can be tricky to incorporate into your routine. The first few times I tried to use this for my AM routine it kept pilling my sunscreen and makeup. I know only use it for my PM routine and so far so good.

Farmacy Beauty - Green Clean Cleansing Balm. Another HOLY GRAIL.

PERFUME AND MAKEUP:

Korres - Eau De Toilette Avgoustos. I bought this while on holiday, as I had left my perfume at home. The roll applicator makes the application very convenient. Very good price and scent longevity. For a non-spray perfume this has great projection.

Huda Beauty – Easy Bake Bake Loose Powder (Sugar Cookie). HOLY GRAIL, but sometimes the scent can be too strong. I have repurchased because of its translucency, but I am also in love with the MakeupbyMarion loose powder.

Makeup By Mario - Master Mascara (Perfect Brown). HOLY GRAIL, have repurchased. This is a dark brown, but not too harsh the same way black mascara translates as. I love the formula, it is not too wet, not too dry, coats the lashes without clamping or fall out throughout the day and does not weight down the lashes.

Pyunkang Yul 1/3 Cotton Pads. I prefer the original cotton pads.

Biodance - Bio Collagen-Real Deep Mask Duo. Fine, it is a face mask that can act as an occlusive to whatever skincare routine you have applied underneath. Bought this during the hype and now I barely use them. It is just too much work.

If you have made it to the end of this post, thank you for reading. Ask any questions you have about the products in my post down in the comments. Hope you all had a good month for panning!

I am looking to get the m.ph Le Skin Weightless Foundation, but do not have access to the testers.

Can anyone help me with swatches? Anything in fair, light, light-medium or medium. I am very pale in the winter and tan super easily once it gets warmer.

Also, please let me know what you think of the product if you have tried it!

Usual shades (as of now 😂, and most of them are not a perfect match):

• about-face foundation in L1 Neutral and F2 Olive

• haus labs concealer in 11 Light Neutral

• lisa eldridge skin tint in T6 (slightly too pink) and T7 (half a shade depth too dark)

• victoria beckham foundation in 4 Light (slightly too warm/orange, I normally mix it with shade 1 fair light)

• chantecaille future skin gel foundation in Porcelain (slightly too yellow and too light)

Thank you!! 💖
