Will pay to help with my identity crisis with starting agency

Hi all, hope everyone is winning. Posting in a few different threads so apologies if you see cross-posting.

In an extremely weird position, essentially came out with a degree I have no interest in, have been teaching myself web design for 2 years. Essentially at a point where it’s easier to chase dreams than get a job.

I fell in love with web design because of the award farming webflow sites using GSAP and Linus and since then have been trying to learn as much as I can. Problem is unless you’re essentially top 5% in the space I don’t think you’re going to be getting much work, along with this I am terrible with managing my time.

Amidst a crisis on what I want to do moving forward, I spoke to my mentor who has suggested I look deep into building sites with ai in a tasteful way. He said he works with someone who is extremely similar to me a designer turned ‘dev’ though I can barely say that and is now managing clients on a $0 down, x amount monthly structure in which he uses grok bots, cursor and a headless csm (I can just wrap my head around it) called sanity.

I guess im just looking to connect with anyone who is a designer as I love nothing more than webflows GSAP ui and just curious to hear about peoples TASTEFUL ai workflows that you think I could assimilate to whether it be wire framing on Figma and feeding that to grok bots or how to go about it as I don’t really understand how you’d manage GSAP animations without a UI to play around with. I know people can manage it but I realise im far from the smartest in the bunch and definitely don’t think I could manage GSAP without a UI.

I use the Webflow MCP but it doesn’t seem good enough to build out full projects more so debugging and filling in boxes etc (I could be wrong).

I guess TLDR wondering if anyone could help me who may be in a similar boat and is now streamlining their work with ai and understands what I mean coming from a webflow background.

Worst comes to worst im thinking just doing rough wireframes in webflow and exporting code into headless CMS for clients I manage so I don’t have to get charged outrageous amounts by webflow.

Truly anything is appreciate and needless to say happy to pay for anyone to send me in the right direction.

MAKE THE BOTS GO AWAY

Haven’t even launched and everyday my inbox is flooded w bots for marketing. Don’t understand where or how my email is being leaked unless they just have a database of newly made Shopify.

$5 to whoever can tell me how a video with this accent is created.

Hi all, hope everyone winning.

Wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. Accent is extremely authentic and can't seem to make it on Higgsfield but assume the generation is Seedance? Title stands, if anyone knows the method for extremely well done accents and good image generation. Coffee on me!

Bonus points for a cheaper higgsfield alternative.

Thanks

Late to Andromeda (want my mother to give me a hug and tell me it's ok)

Hi all, hope zucc isn't slaughtering everyone out there. I definitely grazed the bullet of austim and if something isn't structured in a way that makes sense to me.

I understand creative diversity and making as much different content within ad sets.

I format with...

- Type of person within audience

- Main message(s) of product

- Hook (not hard at all)

- Type of content

Needless to say it's not just finding your variants under each category and spitting out every single possibe creative mix n match. So curious if anyone has a leading structure or well n truly is just a mix n match until testing stage done.

Appreciate any and all responses
