Is it normal to feel weak 3 hours after eating with a glucose level between 80–89 mg/dL?

My wife is 5'1" tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds; she does not have diabetes and does not take glucose-lowering medication.

She mentions that if about three hours go by without eating, she starts to feel weak. For example, if she has breakfast at 8:00 a.m., by around 11:00 a.m. she feels the need to eat because she is not feeling well.

When she has checked her glucose levels, they sometimes range between 80 and 89 mg/dL, although on one occasion she saw a reading close to 70 mg/dL. When she feels this weakness, she usually eats something sweet because she thinks her blood sugar is dropping too low.

My question is: has anyone without diabetes experienced similar symptoms even with a glucose level of 80–89? Could it simply be due to going several hours without eating or the composition of her meals? I would like her to use a GLP-1 medication, such as retatrutide or tirzepatide.

Which app is better, Boostcamp or Macrofactor (paid version)?

I'm not sure whether to pay for a training app to help me with my progress

How was my upper body workout today?

Today I started a 4-day upper-lower split routine with fewer sets but higher intensity weight. I am 52 years old, have diabetes, and have been training for 2 years straight.

How do I add Myo-Reps to a custom Boostcamp program?

Hi, I created my own custom training program using the Boostcamp Program Builder. I use low-volume, high-intensity training and I would like to include Myo-Reps on some isolation exercises.

For example, I want to do one activation set of around 12–15 reps, followed by several mini-sets of 3–5 reps with short rests.

I can see options for regular sets, warm-up sets, drop sets and failure sets in the app, but I can't find a specific Myo-Rep option.

Is there a way to program Myo-Reps directly in Boostcamp, or do I need to enter the mini-sets manually and use exercise notes?

Thanks!

bioidentical TRT beginning

I just started my TRT journey with BioTE pellets a week ago. So far, I've felt pretty good and I'm trying to learn as much as possible about how to optimize results and long-term health.

I'm curious about something and wanted to hear real experiences from people who have been on TRT or BioTE for a while:

Has anyone here combined testosterone pellets with peptides or growth hormone-related compounds?

Is it worth it?

Are there real benefits in body composition, recovery, or energy?

Or is it better to wait several months before adding anything else?

I'm 51 years old, I lift weights several times a week, and my main goal is body recomposition, energy, and overall health.

I would appreciate any experience or advice.
