Contrarian Thinking - Codie Sanchez
Anyone else convinced Codie Sanchez is a snake oil salesman? Preaching “buy a business with nothing down and collect mailbox money” seems about the most obvious scam out there. Nothing is passive at first and the amount of energy we all have to put into our businesses is real.
Not to mention they’ve clearly violated DTPA and are currently being sued for copyright infringement.
Who is buying these courses and who is believing this bullshit? I feel bad for those who have given her a cent

Help identifying porch pirates
I’m a small business owner. We recently purchased thousands of dollars of new uniforms for our team. This morning at 5:11am these two assholes decided to help themselves. We’re in the Crestview neighborhood.
I’m offering a $500 reward to anyone who can identify them or has a lead on the uniforms. I know it’s a long shot but here we are.
Ring video is attached and it appears the silver car goes past our house, puts on their right turn signal and then reverses back in front of the north side of our house to pick them up. Male is wearing a shirt that says “Never Give Up” and female appears to have a large tattoo on her left forearm.

AISD New Map Plan
Ok so let’s go with the assumption that I’m an idiot. We currently live in Crestview and keep getting flyers about the new AISD maps. There’s one plan called “Oak” and one called “Elm”. Whoever is putting these flyers out is doing a terrible job communicating the implications of each plan but we truly want to understand what’s happening.
Does anyone here have information on the proposed maps for each plan and the impact on everyone? Please explain it to me like I’m five years old. Thanks in advance!

For a podcast that is all about “say whatever you want, this is an open forum for people to work out material.” They’re a bit of a bitch over there on ol’ r/KillTony. It’s clear u/redban and Tony run that sub.
He’s feeling sorry for himself because of that “special”. I’ve listened almost weekly since the early LA days but I’m done. These hacks are lazy, steal jokes and just think saying “retard” every 3rd word is comedy.

House Cleaners
Just moved and looking for a new housekeeper. Only need once or twice a month on top of our cleaning to keep things fresh. We only really need the downstairs and master bed/bath done and we keep getting quotes that are insane. Who are your best people that I need to be reaching out to? Trying to keep it under $150-200/cleaning as it’s not a huge space. For reference, we’re in the Crestview neighborhood.

I have about 25lbs to drop and have put together a diet and exercise plan to drop it over the next 12 weeks. It obviously includes a lot of walking.
I went from an average (according to my Whoop strap) of about 2.5K steps a day to an average over the last week of 14K and hit 22K one day. I’m assuming I went too hard too fast, but I have the worst shin splint in my left leg. Walking primarily on a walking pad in my office. I have good momentum with both diet and exercise so I don’t want to let up but walking is getting less than fun.
Any recommendations for how to best get rid of the shin splints? Am I taking on too much too soon? I’m committed and ready to go but the body isn’t cooperating like I want it to.
