TOPC FL1 Mini ITX AM5 Combo (R9-8945HX-Black) vs Ryzen 7 3800X

Just a Question,I've wondering on building a new pc, I've wondering if these types of mobo with Ryzens work of if the brand is safe, if anyone has bought something like this.

The other alternative is upgrade other pc that I have with Ryzen 7 3800X, 16gb and no gpu, but i dont know if worth it (upgrade just the gpu, more ram to have at the very least 32gb)

I'm planning to buy at the very least a 5070{

I don't know, its appealing that mobo with cpu, but AliExpress + unknown components, lol, thats my main concern, and well, budget reasons.

Testing out the brush strokes, its seems it ends abruptly in the Alpha. same settings, same brush, Same force of the stroke.

Add Bug tag?

Well, this bug I found is, I work a lot with this program with a second monitor, so I use the floating window a lot for references. Sometimes, in the references want to pan out some other region and move it directly on the second monitor, but the space bar doesn't behave the way it should.
