My collection (for now)

Just when I think my collection is complete, the Stars announced they releasing two new jerseys this year.

Also, before anyone asks, I really don’t like the Star D logo or the weird Reebok arched Dallas logos. That’s why I don’t have either of those. I made an exception for the Tron jersey.

Don’t panic about the new Nike number creases.

I bought both of these jerseys from the US soccer store the day they were released. These are the real numbers US Soccer uses. The Balogun jersey is authentic, the Luna jersey is stadium.

I’ve seen some chatter about creases showing up in the numbers after the first wash. The Balogun jersey has been washed once, and you can see the creases. The Luna jersey has been washed six times, and now they are gone. It looks like Nike put a wax coating on the numbers and it goes away after subsequent washes you do not have to do anything.

The shoulder horns go away too. This has been my PSA

[Houston, TX] This mushroom is growing in my backyard. Anyone know what this is?

I live in Houston, Texas and there used to be a water oak tree in this spot. These keep popping up. Anyone know what they are? Is it poisonous for dogs?

I just got a big bonus at work and I wanted to celebrate with a new IWC. I can’t decide if I should get a Mark XVIII or XX.

I like the specs on the XX more but I feel like I’ve seen a lot of customer service complaints with it. I do not own either one in any other iteration. Does anyone with experience on these two models have any advice as to which is the better pick?
