Finding a decent type of a job connected with history/ humanities that will provide enough to make ends meet

I’m struggling. I feel as someone more Humanities leaning that I can’t find a decent career in this field ( I have a BA in History) that will pay enough to support myself and my family. I decided to get a MA in History because after working for 4 years full time after graduation I feel like a squeezed out lemon doing work that feels absolutely soul sucking. All I see is IT related AI jobs and other STEM that take the money prize and I would rather die than work a job like that again ( please be kind, I know this may be triggering but I’m really trying to get an honest opinion). So my question is: are there any career fields connected to humanities esp. historical fields that pay enough money to sustain yourself in the current economy? Or is that type of job non- existent any more? Or does a job have to feel good and fulfilling, or is it simply a myth? Honest question because I am really lost in the opportunities that are presented before me. Thanks!

PMS struggles - recs?

After having a kid a few years ago, I feel like my PMS symptoms have gone crazy! In comparison pre pregnancy, I don’t recognize myself ~10 days b4 my projected period supposed to be. In on no birth control and don’t want to try because they screwed with my health and body before. Any other recommendations of how to manage it?

Struggling with food addiction on wegovy

I feel so bummed. I have been a year on wegovy and although lost 40+lbs I still have about the same to go. I feel like I’m not hungry and I’m forcing myself to eat. At this point on meds I don’t feel the difference with hunger or no hunger so I just force myself to eat because I have to have three meals a day. Moreover, I force to finish the meals too. Snacking is a problem because although I’m not hungry I crave for sugary and carbs foods only. I can’t even look at protein even though I need to to make sure that I don’t have too much skin afterwards. Please help with recommendations, I’m so bummed. I thought within a year by now I will be at my goal weight. I guess the hunger was never the issue because obviously meds didn’t help me loose weight quickly.

Woman who loves too much.

I have been deeply impacted by the book Women who love too much and would love to create a community where other women who are aware of their background and realize their situation to unite and hopefully discuss and/ share their experience healing and overcoming their prior reality. Thank you❤️
