Did not plan to do PPF on my 2026 chalk Macan and got a rock chip in the first two weeks on the lower front fascia. As it’s very noticeable due to the color, and is highly annoying to me, I am going to get full PPF on the front to avoid any more Before doing so I feel like I should get paint correction on the rock chip. The dealership suggested I have them touch up the rock ship and then do the PPF at a third-party shop. Does this sound like the right plan?

Had my Macan S for 2 weeks and very happy with the purchase. With that said, I’ve not seen anyone do a Love/Hate list and maybe sometime will find it helpful to understand some of the “little things” that matter

Backup camera is a fisheye - still can’t trust it
Sun visor does not slide (weird skimp by Porsche)
“Key” setting has not worked for me
Rear window visibility is quite bad (considering swapping out the headrests)
Porsche car connect - no remote start with an ICE!
Speed gauge (far left) is very dark but digital display is sufficient

What are yours? Anyone have solutions to any of my hates?

I was on 2.5 mg for 1 month followed by 5 mg for 3 months when I started to experience frequent but mild dizziness. Initially it was just a one time occurrence. When it became more frequent, my doctor did blood work which did not reveal anything. Also checked my BP frequently and it was down from a norm of 120/89 to 106/70. First step was to eliminate metoprolol which was taken for migraines. Did not resolve the dizziness. Next step was to address hydration which did not resolve the dizziness. Then we did an EKG which was normal. Most recent step was to reduce zep to 2.5. It’s been two weeks and dizziness is the same. I think doctor will recommend stopping zep altogether as next step.

Before stopping zep, I’m wondering if anyone has gone through a similar situation and is there anything else you tried that worked?

Saw headline about USA match vs Paraguay not being sold out and took at a gander at StubHub and cheapest get in price is like $600+. Good seats are several thousand dollars a piece (some $15k+). Explain to me like I’m 10 who is paying these crazy prices?!?

Considering purchasing ‘25 CPO from out of state. Dealer video shows a small rock chip on the hood near the emblem. Dealer says they will “touch it up” before delivery. Should I be concerned? I’m not a DIYer. Another CPO I’ve looked at had a rock chip on the lower faschia which would be less noticeable. If I were to proceed with this one, what kind of questions or demands should I ask/make?

If I find a CPO out of state, what’s the best way to initiate the process? Does it make sense to see help from my local dealer where I test drove or deal directly with the out of state dealer? Any shenanigans I should watch out for other than the obvious (extra dealer fees and worthless add-ons like LoJack)?

Coming up on end of original 36 month warranty for ‘23 Rogue. Any important items to have checked out before it expires? I am having a recall addressed this week.
