I’m trying to understand a lot of the different regions and having it in a book would be helpful

Any fellow b48 riders here? I ride it at the prospect park terminal. I try to catch it when I can but it seems to leave at completely random times. Today I was going to catch it at 1pm but it left before 12:50. It’s always so early. I’ve never caught it on time. Is it the operator or something else?

I got some fermented tofu in a jar finally, tried it on its own, and didn’t like it :( what kinds of recipes can I look for to use it up? Especially if I don’t love the flavor on its own?

I was watching some sort of cooking demonstration where an older woman was making bingsu. It had mango, tapioca, ice, and a condensed milk cream sauce. For some reason it was a Mexican version (maybe because I just watched a video of Mexican fruit salad).

Just when I thought she was done mixing it together she added a shit ton of chopped fresh dill! It was so beautiful but I did not taste it.

This L platform has smelt like rotten eggs and poop for maybe three years. The most recent post about this issue seems to be two years old. Does anyone know what the deal is?

It doesn't smell like someone shat somewhere- the smell is too strong across the whole platform. Or maybe someone is pooping there every day, lol. Is there a plumbing issue? I need answers!
