Japanese Curry
Hi, I'm a chef and I run a recipe site (Chefs Binge). I built a Japanese Curry Builder - instead of one fixed recipe, you pick the dish (curry rice, katsu, keema or dry curry), your protein and cut, roux from scratch or shop-bought cubes, how thick you want it, spice level and a few secret ingredients, and it generates a scaled recipe and shopping list from there. Wanted to see if it's actually useful to real cooks before I do more with it - genuinely looking for feedback, good or bad.
