Al warqaa residents please help!
My husband and I stay in silicon oasis in a 1bhk and we’re looking to move to a 2bhk in warqaa. We’re looking in that area because it’s convenient for our job location and is the area with affordable 2bhks in our budget.
However we had an acquaintance tell us that it’s not a good area to move to because it gets a lot of traffic and though you might get a good deal when moving in, they increase the rent by almost 5k yearly.
Is this true? Dear residents of Warqaa, what’s your opinion?

Wasn’t there a rule before about such heavy vehicles only operating at night?
Traffic jam with 4 heavy weight vehicles in it and ironically caused by the breakdown of a truck. I remember there being a rule about the timings of these trucks but in the past couple of years I’ve been noticing bigger and bigger vehicles transporting extra large cargo driving through during peak traffic hours. Is the rule still there? Is it possible to report such cases?

Pretty kitty abandoned in Ajman
Found an abandoned cat, she has a collar. She seems very depressed, clearly struggling to survive. Refuses to have treats even.
It’s beneath my office.
