Does Visalia have like a group discord of people in your areas to make friends with? the source has one but it isnt very active!

I am Heavily new in privacy like the only thing i ever did was watched movies and series for free that required payments, recently i been wanting to find some games i can download i have a ad blocker and qbittorrent let me stress to you that i know nothing so any help would be very nice and appreciated

Heyy i am currently in foster care and i want to make sure me and my siblings can get the most out of this sad situation, we spent about 7 years in foster care and since i am almost turning 18 in 2 years i decided its time to start looking. i dont know if this is allowed in the sub or not but if so i am sorry!

So i am 16 and i live in California my outside cat (parents said it has to be outside) i feed 2 times a day and spend a minimum of 2 hours with it THE MINIMUM. recently i gotten hurt and i am on bed rest, is my cat gonna be okay? they still gonna get fed 2 times a day and fresh water but i wont be out there for long. he is neutered and has a neutered cat friend
