Has anyone had more success when stopping IF?

Female, 32. Been IF for 5 months now. Eating window is between 12pm to 8pm. Carloe intake is around 1500. I haven't seen any change in my weight or body circumference. I don't feel hungry before my eating window, but i do feel really tired and low energy. I feel like IF isn't working for me, and i should just continue with a calorie deficit only. Has anyone had more success when stopping IF?

Guy has lump on the back of his head

I remember this movie from 20 or so years ago. A girl sees a bald guy in line at the pharmacy and he has a lump on the back of his head. They end up meeting and they fall in love with each other. There’s also another scene where they are laying naked in an empty bathtub talking. That’s all I remember. Please help, it’s been killing me for years.

What gets you up in the morning?

My mental health is at the lowest it’s ever been.
I can’t motivate myself to do the simplest tasks.
I can’t haven’t been able to get out of bed in the morning the last couple of days, resulting in calling in sick to work. I’m so exhausted, even when I sleep 8-10 hours.

I’m too tired to get up, get ready for work and put make up on or do my hair in the mornings, making myself look like crap when I do go to work.
I’m too tired to wash my face, brush my teeth or shower at the end of the day.

I used to get up early and do my makeup and hair really nice for work, take care of myself physically and emotionally. But the last couple of years I have lost myself.

I’m on medication and I see a doctor for my illness.
I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety when I was 15, and I’m 32 now. It seems the older I get, the worse it gets.

I need advice from others that suffer with chronic depression and how you get yourselves out of bed in the morning. To make yourself more presentable. To feel more comfortable in your skin. I want to start exercising to lose the weight I’ve gained. I want to start eating better. I really want to be better, it’s just hard right now.

What has motivated you to be better?
