Questions about the 3CX wallboard

Good morning, everyone.

I have been exploring the 3CX API in an attempt to build my own, better wallboard and was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some of the information that's displayed.

https://preview.redd.it/jq6bg2qszlbh1.png?width=2453&format=png&auto=webp&s=325ab5e321f8fbef5e639f42010c03a5e9127904

For starters, none of the information I've been able to retrieve using the API gives me any kind of timestamp. I don't know how long an agent has been on the phone, I don't know how long a call has been holding, and certainly no way of knowing how the talk time and waiting times are averaged.

And then there's the "answered" and "abandoned" counts. I was looking in the CDR database (hosted on voiptoolscloud.com) and I cannot, for the life of me, determine what metrics are used in 3CX's calculations. If I pull a complete list of calls for the day from this queue, I get a skewed number. And it just gets worse as the day progresses. When I pulled this, the answered+abandoned is 288. But when I pulled the list from the CDR table for today, I got 297 total. (I adjusted for the timezone difference, so it isn't a matter of multiple days.) I've seen the skew go up by almost 100 records and I have no idea why.

If anyone can help me out with this, I would be much appreciative. I would ask on the 3CX forum, but for some reason I can't register. I have a login, but it seems to only work with <company>.fl.3cx.us and is not recognized by 3cx.com.

How do I make (or where might I find) a brush that gives this streaked effect?

Hello, everyone.

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me either make or point me to some brushes that have the random "missing streaks" effect as in this image:

https://preview.redd.it/xj4qlyoxnfbh1.png?width=1495&format=png&auto=webp&s=db02f4dee6a379f0e42f89076ce2eeaa9a3115e8

I've tried to find brush making tutorials, but nothing I've come across shows an effect like this. There are a couple of Kyle's brushes that come close to this effect (Kyle's Inkbox - Brush Pen Dry Wow 3, for example) but they are either too grainy (I really like the almost vector look of the hard edge in this example) or the streaks always appear in a predictable pattern. In the image, you can see how the streaks follow the pen stroke.

MasterFrame 360 in white?

The "help" flair is a little misleading, but it's the closest I could find.

I know a lot of brand subs have representatives from those brands frequent them. I'm hoping that's the case here.

I'm VERY interested in the MasterFrame 360 (well, all of the "stage" cases, really) and I was wondering if there were any plans to release one in white.

Some questions about the WireView Pro (original)

I haven't been able to find a WireView Pro II anywhere. (Well, I found ONE on ebay, but I'm not going to trust that one.) So I settled on the V1. I have a couple questions that I haven't been able to find answers to. Such as, how loud is the "acoustic alarm?" Is there any way to trigger it manually without heating the device to over 60c? (That's the lowest temp I can configure in the settings.) And lastly, the only reason I want the WVP2 is for the ability to shutdown the computer in the event of catastrophe. I know the WVP doesn't have the ability to do that built-in, but I'm not above desoldering the "acoustic alarm" speaker and wiring in a small relay to the power switch in its place. Unless the 4-pin header might be able to accomplish the same function.

There are shockingly few videos on YT about the WVP. That, or they've all been buried under videos about the WVP2.
