Just me? Who am I meant to ask if the class is happening lol?

I know the building is Ross, there is also B in the classroom name, Ive only ever taken classes in the alt exam room there so no idea where the actually classes are!

I come to Toronto from the GTA once a week to SK hospital, and I usually study afterwards for a few hours. I'm looking for some recommendations for coffee shops that are good for studying and have ideally enough space to place my laptop and drink on the table, natural lighting, and good-tasting drinks such as cold brews/matchas, good vibes, and noise level isn't a problem, I like the cafe sounds.

I've been to Cafe Foret and Neo Coffee so far, and I found both alright, but not amazing. The wifi was not great at Cafe Foret, but the atmosphere, such as space and lighting, was really great. Neo coffee didn't have too much space, and the drink (matcha berry) was alright. They also limit the wifi to 1 hour only and a code for the 1 washroom.

I'm going to try LALA bakeshop this week.

I dont mind if I have at least a 2-hour limit on wifi, and I enjoy trying new spots within walking distance of SK, maybe 10-15 to 20 max walking.

Instead of just seeing it digitally at the end of the acadmic decision?

My dad passed away from cancer 3ish years ago; we were not in the same country, so I did not get to see him throughout his palliative care treatment.

The day he passed, we were scheduled to call and chat. I waited until my bf left for work so I could have privacy to talk with him. I called, said "Hi, Dad!" and my brother answered, and said, "Dad's gone." The phone was then passed around the room to my aunties, who were all crying, talking so fast. My mum told me the second before he passed, he said my name, and that's it. I think that was his last living word.

I wasn't aware anyone else was there, so I was in shock. I've been thinking about why maybe he said my name specifically. Was it because he saw an apparition of me before passing over, or was it because he had wished I had called earlier, since we hadn't seen one another for a couple of years since I moved to Canada from Scotland?

I've been carrying this for years, but recently it's been on my mind and distracting me from a lot. I miss him with my entire soul, and if anyone knows why he may have said my name, it would bring me some sense of peace.
