Anyone successfully found an acne treatment?

I recently tried using Differin gel (adapolene) for a few weeks to deal with my acne and it triggered my perioral dermatitis. So I switched to using it just twice per week and apparently that’s not enough because now my acne is worse than ever.

Anyone have any success in finding an acne treatment that doesn’t cause a PD flare up?

Vania Mania Kids promotes disordered eating

This YouTube show has at least three episodes where they aggressively yell about “no sugar! It’s too much!” I get that they want to do the whole “hey kids, eat your vegetables” thing, but it’s weirdly aggressive, shaming, and restrictive.

It definitely triggered memories of the eating disorder I had 20 years ago. Has anyone else seen these episodes?!

Flasha the cat!

There’s a cat named Flasha on a kids show that my child likes to watch. The show is produced by a Ukrainian family.

What does Flasha mean? Is it just a cute cat name?

Sincerely,
An American

Dentist for autistic toddler?

Hi! Does anyone have a recommendation for a dentist who would be especially accommodating for a three year old with autism? Or even just a dental office that does a great job with little ones?

Thank you!

Broken nose club

Anyone else ever have your nose broken by your child? I suspect it happened to me (although I haven’t gone to the doctor). I’m probably won’t be telling anyone because people reallllly don’t seem to have the willingness to understand what it’s like to be an autism parent.

Anyone else ever been in this “nose was broken by your child” club?
