trying to id this spider that ended up in our shower. I feel so bad but hopefully it just needs a second to dry off and then will move around more 😭

edit: I put the cup over it for a little bit so that it could dry off and when i checked on it, it looked like it was loafing (like a cat lol) & then checked on it again a few minutes later it was moving around great & so I put it in a dark corner in our apartment lol

hello i am trying to help my friend with some things. if im understanding things correctly, the lawyers are asking for her to download all the emails that have been sent between the two to prove what has and hasnt been replied to. how does one do this?

hand stiffness in morning

idk what to do about my hand stiffness in the mornings/after waking up from long periods of rest. I have compression gloves but admittedly they are cheap and don't seem to do much other than keep in a little body heat. i have warming gloves that work well but then i have to get up and put them in the microwave. im hoping for something I can do right away when I first wake up so that I have a little bit of relief before I have to actually get out of bed and get ready. please help!
