Transfer or Resign ; or Stay

Hello . I just need advised , I'm already working in a government hospital (Lgu) the pay is good I think , as for a single person it's already okay for me. also they have some benefits . I already known the workmates and was close to some because I'm already working there for almost 5 years and I'm a permanent employee but then I still decided to apply in another government hospital but now its a "National" hospital, I've been applying and processing my papers here since last year and been thru a lot I can say 😅 I think of transferring to this hospital because I wanted for a change , in environment, learn another skills or stuff bc there is still difference in experience and practice when you work in National , the salary is a bit higher than my usual gross salary plus a lot of benefits but ofc a lot of patients like 10x my patients in the lgu hospital I'm working rn , as what they said . And if I transferred another adjustment again to people and work-life balance , this is my dilemma . I don't know if I will resign or just do the lateral transfer, if I resign I think it's more easier , I can get away from my current hospital after I render I guess but about lateral transfer I haven't any idea bc it's my first time working in a govt. But they said if I transfer, all my benefits and leaves will still be there , so if I have 30 accumulated leaves from 2021 I can still have it when I transfer to National , but when I resign I will start for being probationary I guess ? And my leave will back to zero but If I resign I will only need few documents to get in my current hospital unlike transfer I have lots of documents to get and I'm thinking what if they process it long , I don't think the National hospital will still wait for me that long, also I was thinking what if I resign and process my requirements long too , the national still not wait for me, I will leave work and dont have work. I don't have anything to go back . Or I was thinking to just "stay" at my current hospital but I will be stuck there forever and no growth ? Btw I'm already done processing at the National hospital, I'm already fit to work , its just I need to get some documents in my current hospital and approval for my resignation because they need it . Also my another concern , my bf and I are in a long distance relationship, and he's planning to come here because he's in anothet country now and will have us vacation in August out of the country. If I resigned and be new in that national hospital I don't think I can file a vacation leave already , as I am a new nurse ? Am I right? Asking for persons here or nurses who's working in a government hospital. Thank you
