I graduate next year in June, and I feel like I suck.

I feel like I should be way better than I am. I feel like I suck at scanning, and I feel so discouraged. I still struggle sometimes with difficult abdominal scans or vascular scans. I just feel so frustrated and upset. I feel like I can't ever do anything right.

I had a bad scan today when doing an abd complete and messed up so much because the patient was more difficult. I feel like the tech thinks I'm trash now. And I just want to cry.

Clinical site complains about everything

Has anyone experienced a site where they complain about every little thing you say or do? Talk too much, talk too little, etc. I'm in my last semester, and my site complains about everything. And I mean EVERY little thing seems to rub them the wrong way. None of which includes my scanning skills.

I'm borderline willing to pay someone to hug me.

Sometimes I miss being held so badly. If there was a service that let you pay just to be hugged or held, I'd do it. I'm married and my husband never holds me or hugs me for more than a few seconds. I can tell he tries not to, but if I try to hold him too long he subtly tries to nudge me away. He always says he's better about it now that I've brought it up, but nothing has changed.

He only ever wants to be intimate with me and then go back to his computer. Not to mention the fact that I honestly feel like he had a raging porn addiction for a while, which hurt me and made me feel undesireable when he picked that and rejected me.

I'm just sad and want so desperately to be loved and held.

I've been seeing a lot of discourse around tiktok wholesalers, and I wanted to see if there were any actual reputable ones. Are there any selling decent, genuine jade?

I'm mainly curious about this community's opinions on them. I've primarily bought from gemstone/jewelry wholesalers and haven't had any issues. I am also aware that premium high quality jade has a very low possibility of being sold via tiktok. I just mean decent jade pieces.

I want to purchase my first jade bangle, but I'm scared of spending the money and having it break immediately. How frequently have your jade bangles broken with near daily wear?

I'm not going to get a top of the line bangle, but I do plan to get one that is untreated with no stone lines or cracks.

Ladies: Any recent recommendations for breast augmentation surgeons here in Houston? Estimated price ranges are appreciated!

I have seen a few posts about surgeons in the area, but none asking about price range as well.

I sent my husband a text explaining my feelings about something he did that really hurt me. And he responded using AI.

It's line by line identical to copilot with a few words and phrases changed, and I feel so hurt that he responded without even thinking it through himself.

How would you feel if you sent your partner a heartfelt message about something they did that hurt you, and then they responded using AI?

Would this be a deal breaker or something you could let go?

I (F30) sent my husband (M35) a text explaining my feelings about something he did that really hurt me. And he responded using AI.

I sent my husband a message communicating something he did that really hurt and affected me. He normally is pretty brief in his responses. However, this time, he sent a lengthier, apologetic message that addressed multiple points in my message. At the time, I was touched and pleasantly surprised.

A few days later, I looked at the message again and it started to seem kind of fishy. I pasted his message into numerous AI checkers, and they almost all come back saying 100% AI generated text. No human response detected.

I didn't want to just assume his text was AI, so I went a step further and pasted my own message into copilot (the AI he uses for other things) and told it to respond. The message that came back was extremely similar to the one he sent. Not the same exact wording, but pretty damn close. The messages aligned almost line by line.

I felt so touched at the time by his message, and now I'm almost 100% positive he just used AI and changed a few words to respond to me. It makes me feel like he didn't give a shit and took the easy way out without using his own head to think about what I was saying. I feel stupid for telling him the next day that I appreciated his message (which he didn't give much of a response to).

Is this something worth bringing up or confronting him about?
