After three months and 1800 miles. It died on us today. We use it every day. Now my wife doesn’t want to drive it because she doesn’t want to be stranded in a parking lot. She is 76 and is not mechanically inclined. This is a known issue but of course neither the salesperson or anyone else informed us of it for obvious reason. A new 45k car that we can’t depend on. Just a bunch of workarounds…..on a brand new car! I didn’t buy the Hyundai only because of its ICCU problems. I have lost my faith in Toyota/Lexus because of this. I’ve owned about 10. Next car won’t necessarily be one as in the past. Is there a class action about this? There sure should be.

And they suspend payments

I know it’s not necessary to be diagnosed and so is not standard like Amyloid PET scan. But I have read that it shows the extent and location of tau tangles. So it can give more insight, insight only, into your prospective rate of decline. I also understand that it usually requires private pay since it is not necessary for diagnosis or treatment plan and the cost varies from $4000 upward. If you have explored this option or had one please share your thoughts. Thank you in advance.

Any ideas? Something you wish you hadn’t done, glad you did do, etc. I’m struggling. Early stage so they are probably attributing my issues to being in my mid 70’s.

In excellent condition with upgraded Hunts gravel wheels. Don’t know wheel model. What is FMV?
