I mean Fembois still exist right, so that is a possibility.

PS clicks around 1/s and every time i hear the click all the fans slow down.

That only counts for the fans of the PS, CPU and Case.

The GPU fans seem to try but they dont even get to do a full rotation before they stop again, so they just stutter around with the same rythm.

I already checked if its a capacity issue by unplugging the extra fans but it didnt do anything and the GPU worked up until yesterday with a weaker PS.

I have no idea why the clicking noise happens but whatever it is, its probably the issue.

I read online it might be a short circuit thing but i cant see where that would happen since all the cables are brand new, including the Case itself...

Any idea of what i could try?

My Computer doesn't want to start immediatly when i press the button. The problem seems to be related to temperature.

If my room cools down to 15°C (happened alot in winter over night) the issues are a lot worse. When the temperature is at a nice 20°C it gets itself together in a few minutes, i expect the issue to be completely unnoticable once summer hits, but i want to fix it before next winter.

My current theories are that either the Powersupply or the Motherboard are dying, the compenents are 5-7 years old already.

Cpu, Gpu and Harddrive i am ruling out becuase i feel like if that was the issue i schould at least get into the Bios, wich i dont.

Also, my initial idea was to just not turn it off since its only a starting issue but whatever is causing this is also messin with the sleeper mode.
If i put the PC to sleep instead of turning it off, it will turn itself off within the next hour or so...

I am running on a budget rn so i would like the avoid replacing parts that dont need it rn, so do you have an idea of what i schould focus on first?

Basicly, i am currently playing in Arabia, but i have the option to bow down to China.

I plan on going administrative at some point anyways cuz i want that estate bonus stuff.

Would it be a good strategy to bow to China to get the Thingy that lets me become Celestial and then go independent again or would it be better to just go normal Admin?

I also have the option to go Meritocratic instead...
