So i just want to know that can i change that fan into intake? Does it gonna effect negatively? Cuz my gpu plate is kinda hot ( reach 75-78 degrees while gaming), i was tryng to blow my gpu with more air,i still keep the AIO fans as a exhaust

So this is the first time for me for build a pc,it took me like 8 hours to finish it and it turn on just fine,but then i realize that it feels kinda sluggish,it even feel worse than my gaming laptops. Even tho i have 240hz monitor it still feel horrible. I mean it still can play games but it just not feels smooth,dont know what i have to do with this thing
