Pitch black episodes- east of eden

Netflix does this annoying thing where the lighting is basically non existent in some series. East of Eden , episode 1 is nearly pitch black in multiple shots.

No its not my TV. Because turning up the brightness just give its that blue contrast. This is such an annoying thing and I hate that constantly film things this way

Premier protein : pumpkin spice

Id like to preface this by saying this is just my opinion, dont hate me for it.

I have for many years dabbled with the love affair experienced between a white woman and pumpkin spice flavour.

From Starbucks coffee to pumpkin spice scented candles , I have earned a spot in white women lore on Pumpkin spice.

That all being said and my pedigree established to speak on this topic...

These protein shakes are diabolical... i cant explain what's wrong with them but something is.

The flavour is not pumpkin spice, its like the idea of pumpkin spice from someone who has a terrible palate and is nose blind.

Whats more tragic is I am not left with 17 of these nasty pumpkin spice wannabe impostors and I dont know how im going to get through them..

Anyways, those are my thoughts, thank you for coming to my Ted talk on this topic

30 years no issues , suddenly issues

For 30 years I had zero issues with my skin besides it being dry in winter. It was my one thing I never had to worry about. Randomly around 31 -32 I started noticed on the high points of my cheeks little red dots. Filled with what looked like pus? They were tiny though .

It started spreading slowly, all over my cheeks and forehead. Not my nose, neck or chin area just my cheeks and forehead.

I cannot figure out what triggered or triggers it now but im fairly positive its Papulopustular Rosacea, from the hours of research ive done. ( still waiting for a appointment with a dermatologist to confirm)

My question is, does anyone have any solid skin care routines to stop the flareups or treat it ?

Also if anyone has any thoughts on it being a different skin condition I am all ears, and desperate for relief
