how can i add in a character here?

I have the reference image in slide two.
How would you add in a character here in the foreground? Not sure where to start with reference to size and perspective.

And I have marked the horizon line in the reference image. Please let me know if it's wrong!

where is the horizon line and vanishing points?

please help me find the horizon line and vanishing points in this photograph. I think there is one in the middle and one to the right off the image. But I don't understand why some buildings don't follow it properly
