Not sure if this is the right subreddit, but figured people here would be knowledgeable about this issue.

Family member is in a home and making payments that still is in the name of their deceased spouse. Not sure why it wasn't in both names to begin with, but were told by the bank that the surviving spouse would need to take out a new loan to get it in their name. So they just continued making payments.

Anyway, they are considering selling the home but we're wondering if it is possible with a bank loan in someone else's name? I believe the title was in both names, just not the loan. This is in Arizona if that makes a difference.

Check engine light came on, car running the same with no noticeable issue. Had a Fixd code reader and it came up P219F for an air-fuel imbalance in cylinder 4.

Our Soul is a 2022 with 55k miles and we're the original owners. Would this fall under our warranty or probably not?

Was in the Spectrum store with someone signing up and asked about any deals for current customers. They lowered my rate and mentioned their Spectrum app for free TV.

I figured it would be like Pluto, but it has live channels (Discover, Animal Planet, History, etc.) that are on their usual cable packages. There were no local channels or sports.

Is this truly free, or did I inadvertently sign up for something?

I noticed every news outlet just posted or reported the RPD press release. No mention of the actual concert artists or what "downtown venue." Horrible reporting.

Suddenly today about half of our OTA channels just lost the sound. Rescanned and still the same. Thinking it may have been a station thing I checked with our other TV and those channels have sound. We've only had this TV a couple months.
