My latest BBTS Pile of Loot came in today. I opened up the Fatal Fluffies packs, and this was my immediate thought.

Photo provided by Asset FACES of Major Sebastian Bludd arriving at a meeting of a number of members of Cobra High Command to discuss operations in their European and Mediterranean Theaters.

Major Bludd is a former member of the Australian SAS and French Foreign Legion, turned mercenary and consultant for various warlords and terrorist groups around the world. Most recently he appears to be serving as a field commander for major Cobra operations. He is an extremely skilled tactical and operational battlefield commander, and his presence at this planning meeting is of major concern.

He is wanted for war crimes and acts of terrorism in a number of countries, including the United States and major NATO allies. And has standing death sentences in several countries with looser concepts of jurisprudence. Interestingly enough, other than desertion, he has committed no crimes in his native Australia, and has apparently turned down significant contracts that would have required him to do so. This apparent reluctance does not extend to other members of the Commonwealth.

Bludd's permitted honor guard consisted of two Alley Vipers, elite urban assault specialists with in the Cobra ranks, as opposed to the Vipers or Siegies used by other attendees. It is unknown if this choice represented personal preference, desire for urban warfare specialists to be at hand for consultation, or a concern for his personal safety.

After waiting 2 days for a Cobra armor column to arrive, Bombstrike prepares to guide in an airstrike from the Flagg, cutting Cobra's invasion of Sierra Gordo off at the beginning.

So, objectively speaking, I think the darker green on the Classified Ninja Force Zartan just looks better than the original. But, as someone who grew up on the 90's Joes, I know the deep truth that ninjas work best in eye searing colors. So here is mu custom upgrade of the Classified NF Zartan to better match the original.

Not particularly happy with how Falcon is half-hanging off the end, but I couldn't find a better way to fit the figures, and having just got back in this afternoon from a vacation that started with JoeFest, I don't have the energy to try anymore. I'll revisit this sometime in the future to try better.

For the Audible Interlude Yo Joe June 2026 picture project, Day 9 -- Land.

Although infamous for for their work as heavy commandos, making devastating attacks using multi-shot grenade launchers and machine guns, Cobra Range Vipers are also experienced light scouts and skirmishers. Here is footage of a Range Viper who relieved himself of his most encumbering gear to sneak within sniper range and perform observation and supporting fire functions during the recent attacks made on US and Chinese naval facilities in the Horn of Africa in attempt to destabilize the region.

Growing up on the 90's Joes, I saw the "Tough" prompt for day 6 and it took my mind about 5 seconds to go to the DIC cartoon opening.

Biker Mice versus Biker Noks Beatdown Brawl

My 250th Dukes came in today. I'm keeping one boxed for display, and decided I would use the one I open as an off-duty Duke by stripping the secondaries. One quick picture setup later, and here is civilian-wear Duke and Roadblock testing out the grill in preparation for cookout season.

No vignette or worldbuilding this time, just trying out some photography work with Classified Jinx, Kamakura, Slice, and Dice. Floor/backdrop is some kind of place-setting/decorative piece I found in a thrift shop.

Dad and I are working on a collection of Sgt Savage, Extreme, and Sigma Six. We've gotten all the Sgt Savage line both boxed and loose. Here is our boxed/carded Sgt Savage set laid out and then put on the display shelf down in the basement. In addition to all the figures and vehicles we have all the regular Sgt Savage related trading cards from the 30th Anniversary set (but not the Joe Kubert autographed card, still need to get that one, but it is EXPENSIVE).

I settled on the Grim Viper being a individual in my Joe universe. Here he is receiving orders to command a new spec-ops team from Cobra Commander.

Just fiddling around with some figures, dio-pieces, and new background and lighting materials in my basement.
