Guy's date that tried to set him up with her roommate

That was a setup.

She's matching with guys with the express purpose to set them up with her roommate who can't get guys to swipe right.

Of course he liked the original date because she's out of his league. Smooth move on her part to make the date decent. She gets a free meal and a lead for her roomy.

Solid roommate move but sucks for the unsuspecting guy.

Best weekday lunch in town?

I've got a vendor coming in for lunch tomorrow and while money is no real object, I don't want to be a jerk either.

A lot of the high end spots aren't open for lunch so I was thinking about the Oar House as I've never eaten inside there.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

To: lifeadvice@gmail.com-My girlfriend’s dad keeps asking me to place bets on Fanduel for him because he lives in California

I really like this girl, but I play NCAA basketball and this is expressly forbidden.

Should I continue to do this?

He’s not the brightest bulb on the tree and has a somewhat successful podcast and I’m nervous he might say something stupid on the air.

Empower account hasn't updated since March

Thanks to the Fidelity team in advance for any help.

All of my linked accounts are updating regularly except my employer 401K with Empower, which says it was last updated March 3.

I tried refreshing the connection and it says "updated just now", but it still shows the old balance.

Ant advice on getting this updated would be appreciated.

I'm new to this SMP idea and I'm wondering if it would make sense for me.

I usually buzz to a 1 on the sides and 2 on the top every 2 weeks and this is about as long as I let it get.

I'm too old to worry about a transplant and taking meds so I'm wondering if SMP would be a good idea.

If so, would my best bet be to just buzz it with a 1 once a week or would I be able to let it grow a bit and still have it look decent?

Thanks for any thoughtful responses.
