UPDATE: Seems like I hit the limit for the day with 11 approvals. Zero denials. 31 to go…from 5/1 anyway (I’ve got another dozen or so SBSs from earlier this month)

T2 on the KS2 was just to run it and test the gun for any flaws (there were none). Haven’t decided on what I’m going to do for an LVPO on it yet. Eventually I’ll add a Modlite to it but that’s about it.

I still plan on getting a KS-1 upper, but I’m quite happy with the KS2 until I grab one. It handles no different than my Mod 2 Carbine, main difference URX6 (con, for me) and Ambi bolt catch (pro, for me). The cheap SL-K stock was yeeted into storage (Lucked out with my Mod 2 Carbine, came with an SL-S and SL grip. Still use the grip on another gun but prefer the K2). Maybe I’ll try it when I run a KS3 upper on that lower, but I have to say: Bravo, KAC! You managed to find an even cheaper stock than the MOE you used to ship rifles with! 😆

Been wanting to do this build for a while, but parts had been hard to come by…until the last few weeks. Haven’t completely decided on glass yet, but I’m considering a MK5HD or one of the new NF NX6s, in either 2-10/12x or 3/3.6-18x, likely with an Acro piggybacked. Need to order a Huxwrx Flow 6K, and an RRS bipod adapter for one of my Atlas bipods.
