Is my hair even growing ?

Okay so I know hair grows from the roots but if this is the case then how come Ill have like 4 or 5 inches worth of dark root coming In yet my hair is still the same damn length it was a year or more ago? My hair is not getting longer and I have been trying to grow it for about 6 years now thats the last time I cut any substantial length off and I cut it up to my collar bone. Right now it is down to id say a little.longer than my shoulders. 6 years since ive taken length off my hair should be down to my butt!

Last month I was able to do this but why not now?

I have currently 4 loans I pay on monthly with affirm, each with different apps.. shein, temu, and amazon.. each payment is around 30 dollars a month and I always pay on time ive never been late except for one time and I wasnt even actually late I was just short one dollar on my payment. But I still ended up paying the stupid dollar shortage just not until later on because I forgot about it. Today I tried to take out another one with depop, as I did last month with no issue; i made a purchase for 60 dollars and agreed to pay it all in full the first of that following month when I got paid. So this has me irate because why would they deny me today for another loan thru depop? I literally just paid it off in full Last month so wtf?

Need a beginners how-to instruction on how to use an ultrasonic face spatula?

Hi. I just got one of these ultrasonic metal skin spatulas because of all the rave online and good reviews of them, but I am having a hard time getting the hang of using it smoothly and or comfortably, not even really sure if im using it correctly..doesn't feel like I am. When using it I usually spritz my face with some aloe Vera gel spray first, then as i start ill add a few drops of my 9 in 1 serum, and my copper peptide serum. Ive watched YouTube videos but they only show someone using it on a client not themselves.

Please someone help!!!

I dont understand why I cant get my hair to a light enough blonde. I am wanting to tone it so that it is platinum. I have darker blonde colored roots. Not brown. I have been bleaching my whole life. Right now I have about 3 inches of dark blonde roots with the rest of my hair around 14 inches of "bleached" blonde , with years and years of mild damage from including but not limited to bleaching, dying BROWN, dark dark brown, burgundy, and a couple of other semi permanent unicorn colors. Im in my thirties. My mother is a cosmetologist so its safe to say that I dont even remember how old I was when I first got my hair colored lol.. but I just want my hair to be one even bright icy blonde color. ?!?!?!
