Are there tanning beds that you can use for legs only?

Im relatively brown on my top half but my legs are always very very pale so when the warm weather comes, I could do with evening up the colour on my legs. I've tried self tanners but I'd prefer something that I don't have to keep topping up.

Are these dark circles or eye bags? And how to improve?

It looks worse in real life than in the photo. I never had them when I was younger. I sleep 7-8 a day, don't drink or smoke and I eat well. I'm 41F. How do I improve these without concealer?

My current routine:

AM:

Rinse with water only

Benton UV airfit sunscreen

PM:

Inkey List hydrating cream to milk cleanser

Stratia rewind serum

Cerave eye repair cream

Cerave pm

Does painting weed killer on bindweed really work?

I can't really dig them up because they're in between all the other plants and getting to all the roots mean also disturbing the roots of surrounding plants. I read that you can paint the weedkiller on to the leaves. Does this really work?

Can anyone recommend a fragrance candle for summer?

I love the Hinoki candle in the tin and I'm looking for something that is more summery. I love clean, herbal scents, nothing too sweet or floral. Can anyone recommend something?

Linen scarf became rough after washing. How to make it soft again?

I bought two lovely new linen scarves. I washed one in 30 degrees with liquid detergent. It came out a lot rougher and stiffer. How do I make it soft again?

Should I replace my cat mini with the cat 6 mini?

Very tempted to buy the cat 6 mini residentially as I've got 30% off. I particularly like the more ergonomic design but I'm concerned about the weaker GPS that I've heard. That's the most important thing for me of course as that's the main reason for having a tracker. Any thoughts?

Hot bottom similar to thrush. Is this a symptom?

Recently I've been feeling very hot around my bottom area. It's not just in the vaginal area but also towards the anus. When this happened a few weeks ago I thought it was thrush so I applied the thrush cream and took the OTC thrush tablet. It didn't help so I thought it might be BV and I used BV suppositories which somehow improved it but not entirely. I went to the doctors who did a swab which came back completely clear of anything, including thrush and BV. I then started using these menopause gels for dry and itchy vaginal areas. It relieved it and the hot and itchy feeling had gone. But now it's back again after the heat wave we've had recently. Is this a peri symptom? Does anyone else get this? How do you deal with it and prevent it?

I find that it happens more often when I sit for longer periods. I've even taken to sitting on my cat's cooling mat. I wear only cotton underwear and mostly natural fibre loose-fitting clothing.

Insurance is going up from £21 to £36

My cat's insurance is going from £21 to £36 in one year. He is 12 and he's had one vet visit for a wound. Is there anything I can do? This is with Waggel and it's for a Lifetime policy covering £2000 a year with £100 excess. I've tried playing with increasing the excess to £200 but I've calculated that I would be at a loss if I had more than 1 vet visit of over £200.

I'm on Season 3 and I know that Lex is going to turn eventually but is it really bad that I so wish they could just be friends forever??

I just feel sorry for him. They were such good friends with Clark even if they both had secrets.

I'm quite disappointed at how quick this has happened.

Edit: for those saying the tables have turned, no it hasn't because we had a fixed term still going. Before today no one could serve notice.

I very recently started buying from Vinted and so far out of about 10 purchases only 1 was good and 2 were ok. Everything else had problems. Some examples are:

  • Bag advertised as "in perfect condition" but arrived with scuff marks. Seller accepted return but I had to pay for postage. It's been over a week that the item has arrived at the seller's end but it has not been collected.
  • Trench coat that had no information about any wear or damages but arrived with marks, stains, stitching coming off around the neck. Seller said it was my responsibility to check the photos but there were only 3 photos which were all zoomed out showing the entire coat and no signs of any damage.
  • Cardigan that arrived cropped despite having no mention of this in the listing. Seller said it was my responsibility to ask for measurements and not hers to include in the advert. I didn't return it as I didn't want to pay for postage. I sent a poor feedback and the seller sent a retaliatory negative feedback.
  • Jumper that I specifically asked if it was bobbly and seller told me it was only textured, but not worn. Jumper arrived incredibly bobbly all over.

At this rate, it seems that there's more of a chance that I'd purchase something that wasn't as described. Sellers lose nothing apart from their time as buyers are the ones who pay for the return postage so they aren't incentivised to provide a good item/service.

Also, when you return an item that isn't described you can't actually provide feedback to the seller which means any new buyers would not know of the orders that didn't go well.

How is this possible in this day and age? It seems only buyers suffer the loss unless the item was damaged in transit.

Edit: There's also the "you bought this for a steal" line that they always tell you. It doesn't matter if I bought it for a steal if it's not as described. If you saw an item in the charity shop you could at least make an informed decision if you were willing to put with it's condition because it was a good price.

I heard varying reviews from other countries but I recall seeing this a very long time ago in a Muji UK shop in Birmingham and fell in love with it. I wonder if anyone in the UK has bought them recently and whether they think they are soft. Some of the reviews from other countries say that it can be as rough as burlap but others say it's very good quality.
